Ed and I met at church when our family started going to his church.
It would be three years before we would wed after our first date,
June 26, 1966...

After dating for three years, I was graduating from high school,
Ed was a freshman in college, and finally, what I had waited for all my life,
I would marry my forever love...





It wasn't love at first sight, it was deeper than that...
it was just something we both knew,
we would always be together...

Three years, to the day, after our first date, we were married,
and our journey together through life together began.
Today, thirty years later, it is better than ever...
we are blessed




Through the years as the fire starts to mellow
Burning lines in the book of our lives
Though the binding cracks and the pages start to yellow
I'll be in love with you.
